Sessions happen over video or voice, from wherever you are comfortable, and booking takes one WhatsApp message. If you have been thinking about talking to someone, this is a gentle place to start.
wordsandsmiles.comA quiet assistant for your Mac. It keeps notes of your calls, documents and screens while you work, so at the end of the week you can ask what happened and get a straight answer. It is in private beta, and we let a few more people in every week.
driffle.aiAccounting software for finance teams who are tired of closing the books in spreadsheets. Reconciliation runs every day, every report ties back to the ledger, and month-end stops being a scramble.
rivane.aiA way for brands to see how they show up when someone asks an assistant for a recommendation. The numbers are honest, and they are tied to what actually brings in customers. Early access for now.
proofsource.coWe started in 2014 building software for other people. Those years taught us most of what we know. The details matter. Customers notice when you care. And the best products are the ones you keep improving long after launch day.
In 2019 we registered The Seness Company in Bengaluru so that everything we make could live under one roof. Words & Smiles opened its doors that year. Dr. Riya likes to say that the best endings she has seen began with a nervous first message, and that idea has stayed with all of us, whatever we are building.
Since then Driffle, Rivane and Proofsource have joined. Each one began with a problem someone we know actually had. We like it that way. It keeps us honest about what is worth building, and it keeps us close to the people we build it for.
We would rather do four things well than ten things halfway. We talk to our customers every week, and what they tell us decides what we build next.
We build for the long run. Every product on this page is one we expect to be running ten years from now, and we make decisions accordingly. That means fewer shortcuts, more patience, and a lot of pride in the work.
